My husband, Jim, and I started coming to Mt. Vernon about a year ago as we both needed some extensive dental work done. We'd been there occasionally in the past.

When Justin walked through the lobby when I was checking in, I asked if he was a new dentist. No, he was the hearing specialist. We have both had numerous appointments with him, and he has always taken the time to explain every procedure to us and answer every question, even showing us photos and models to better our understanding of the ear, the hearing aids, etc. He has checked our ears, tested mine, cleaned the aids, sent them back to the company, and called himself to let us know how things were coming along. We find Justin very professional, very knowledgeable, and also wonderfully caring and personable. We plan to stay with him and will recommend his services to anyone.
